do you accept insurance?
CORE nutrition does not accept insurance, however, if requested a superbill can be provided for you to submit to insurance requesting consideration for reimbursement.
do you have any additional fees?
administrative work or care coordination exceeding 15 minutes per visit is subject to additional fees at the rate of $200/hr. Fees will be disclosed prior to client incurring charges.
what is a superbill? how does it work?
a superbill is a document of services provided including ICD-10 codes (when applicable), the cost of visit & out of pocket price paid. clients can then submit this documentation to their insurance company for processing/consideration of reimbursement.

how can i understand my insurance coverage?
contact your insurance directly to verify coverage prior to your first appointment. you can use the phone number provided on the back of your insurance card.
the following services are typically not covered by insurance: care conferences, parent/legal guardian only sessions (if client is a minor), presentations, letters/client documentation, detailed & individualized meal frameworks, macronutrient & supplement recommendations.
what’s your cancellation policy?
cancellations less than 24 hours in advance will be billed for the full session(s). CORE nutrition recognizes that life happens and one exception to the cancellation policy will be provided per year.
